in a good way.
I am at work right now and I am comfortably wearing khaki pants that were too small for me a month ago. I could not even pull them past my hips. This is amazing!!
I have tried ohhhh so many diets and failed miserably at all of them. In fact, I have gained more weight dieting over the last 10 years or so than lost.
It's hard not to get down on yourself when you fail over and over and over again. My self-esteem was bottoming out and I have always been an outgoing, confident person.
Now I realize that there is not a problem with me. I was an A secretor trying to lose weight and get healthy the Atkins way. I might as well flap my arms all day thinking I could fly if I was only committed enough. Getting depressed over not being able to fly is about as silly as getting depressed because I couldn't lose weight and feel better eating red meat every day. |

Congrats, Page, keep up the fantastic work!!!
It is amazing what eating foods that work in harmony with our own hard-wiring will do for us, huh? I'm very happy for you (and all of us) to have discovered the BTD! |

Congrats, Page!! After struggling on so many other diets, I have found BTD is truly the best thing for me. Personally, I think it would be the best plan for EVERYBODY. I've been "bad" for the past couple of weeks and eating some (what I call) pretty bad avoids . After reading about your weight loss, it has inspired me to really knuckle down and do right. Thanks for posting your progress!! Tier 2, here I come!!! |

Page, You should be very proud of yourself! It's amazing how much it can affect your self esteem. There's no better feeling than getting into a pair of pants that were too tight. I've been really lax about exercising and I know that it's time to get busy. Congratulations! Jane |

good to hear all is well it is amazing the difference that different foods can make to well being and general mood. I would be more stressed and and probably depressed if i didn't accidently find the blood type diet. it was practiculary the first one i tried and it worked amazingly for me so did not need to try another. just remember to get up one more time than you fall down. |

Page, congrats on your success!!! I really can relate to what you say here. All of a sudden I started gaining some weight and seeing a lot of cellulite. No clue why. No amount of sluething turned up a reason. Then found about about the adrenal failure, then all was explained. Sorta like how not being able to lose weight on the Atkins diet didn't work for you (or the other diets). Just gotta have the right one first or the right knowledge, eh? BTD just rocks!!! Thanks for sharing your success. It really does gives us/those that need a little pick me up/incentive. |

Awesome news, Page.
Yes, the BTD rocks and balances out whatever our health concerns and/or needs are. It is so individual to each of us.
Keep up the great work on this way of life.
