Since beginning the BTD in May, I have dropped 15 pounds without effort. You can't imagine what a great thing this is since I was unable to do this by basically starving for months. I also have had no heartburn to speak of, where before I had it daily. Constipation is also not a problem any more. WOW  |

It's miraculous -- I had it since high school, and it was not caused by too much acid -- I had a scope exam, and there were no findings.
My naturopath thinks the problem was lactic acid caused by undigested food sitting in there for hours. A good test for this is to take a tsp. of vinegar. If you feel better, your problem might actually be not enough acid and enzymes to digest the food rather than too much stomach acid. Meat and tomatoes seem to really be culprits for me, a Type A... go figure! |

I'm actually currently losing about 1/2 a pound a day. I have lost a full pound on some days.
I dreamed that I weighed 125 pounds, although my current goal is 150. |
