I began Eating Right about 2 1/2 years ago - nothing spectacular, I just started to avoid the avoids.
I knew I could not afford to keep up with the recommended supplements, so I decided to make an initial investment. I would buy the basic recommended supplements, but I would take them in smaller doses. For the first month, I would have one vitamin capsule, one Live Cell, one Poly Flora, and one Deflect, one mineral supplement per day. After that I would have one or two per week and use other less expensive, but high quality herbs and vitamins the other days. My N.D. had already recommended another quality vitamin plus an herbal formula for menopause.
I told myself the smaller amounts would just have to do. I also purchased a few other blood type recommended herbal supplements to help jump start my body for maybe a few weeks. I purchased a one pound jar of Larch Arabinogalactin because it was cost effective. I purchased a few other herbal supplements from an online store I felt was cost effective and reliable. This allowed me to periodically follow some brief recommended protocols that might benefit my health.
I took the Larch maybe 1 scant tespoon per day the first month. After that I took maybe a half teaspoon per day in juice or water. I am happy to report that I still have a partial jar of Larch available in my cupboard.
But I must report something amazing. About two weeks ago, my body told me to quit taking the Larch - my body wanted to do it on its own. I smiled and am still smiling.
