Last fall I started your diet. I was 27; 5'4; and 132 pounds. Within a week I went to 127 pounds and my skin cleared up 95%. I used to break out. I had no idea it was from food. I am now 119 pounds, two pounds from my doctor recommended body weight of 117 pounds. My body feels so much better now.
Thank-you! Thank-you! Thank-you! I wish I could give you a big hug! May be some one will give you the nobel instead
I wish I had known to eat this way my whole life, but who could blame my mom and dad...they didn't know any better.
This explains to me one possible reason why some mothers crave different things when they are pregnant: the baby has it's own blood type separate from the mother's. Sometimes the baby's blood type happens to be the same blood type as the mother's, sometimes it's a different blood type.

Not too sure about this, java: Moms can crave some pretty peculiar stuff, and it's not necessarily beneficial for ANY blood type! An O mom carrying an A baby can crave ice cream, for instance, and that's an "avoid" for BOTH types...
But: Welcome Aboard, and continue sharing your ideas/insights on the Forum, where we all hash this kind of stuff out, together, 24/7!

When I was carrying my last, she is now 19, I was very compliant to MY type, no red meat (made me wannna gag), lots of veggies and fruit, a little wine, but not too much. She is a very very healthy "O".

Whether pregnant or not, a woman should ER4HT, as should, really anyone. The baby isn't eating the mother's food. The mother is eating and digesting and assimilating, preferably optimally. The baby, regardless of type, gets the benefit of the mother's rich and healthy BLOOD. It is not her job to "create" the baby's type-blood, as if for a transfusion.
Likewise, during the lactation period. The mother needs to ER4HT, to create the richest, most nutritious human-breatmilk that her body can.
You're not really dealing with the baby's blood type, nutritionally, until non-maternally-sourced foods are introduced.
