Hi friends!, this message is just to say publicly thank you Dr.D.! The last 25th, my 3rd. son was born after the "most boring pregnancy ever". Nazareth, my wife, (O+ sec. 24 y.o.) is on the diet since 4 years ago, and exercises regularly; probably she was at her best level when she got pregnant. She followed the recomendations in "ER4Ybaby" and started taking "Exakta" and "Clearcal" around the second month, and Polyflora in the last one. She gained only the expected weight. Everything run without problems, only the growing belly and the scheduled visits to the doctor remembered me her pregnancy. The labor was quick and easy and without epidural nor oxitocin. In 48 hrs. she was driving us back home! Between the 3rd and the 6th days after, she felt slightly "blue", very emotional, but after that, she´s ok again. Thank you very much for your work, Peter! Oh, how sweet! I'm getting baby hungry with 3 sisters and 3 neices having babies. But I'll have to settle for grandbabies; hopefully within a few years. Enjoy this precious gift! |
