I haven't posted or read much lately, but I want to thank Dr. D'Adamo and his staff as well as all who post and contribute to this site and the ideas of IFHI. I can't begin to tell you the differences made to all areas of my life by these contributions.
There is now a joy in my journey and a method to overcome challenges to partner with and supplement prayer.
Speaking of, pray for me this morning as I have a 4-hour written certification exam. I've slept well because of how I eat and exercise (de-stress), eaten all beneficials for days and supplement with Dr. D's supplements for Type O.
Again thank you and I wish a blessed day for each of you.

Tom, best wishes on your exam todayand what a nice post. I feel the same way about Dr D and everyone on this forum. I am just continually amazed at all the new things I learn each day.
