Two years ago my LDL Cholesterol was 170. My doctor wanted me to go on medications. I didn't want to.
A few weeks later, my ND was having a class on "Eating Right." I started eliminating avoids for my blood type.
Last week I saw my doctor again. He ordered blood tests. My LDL Cholesterol had gone down to 146.
It's not perfect, but I'm pleased because I did not have to go on medications.
Maybe my doctor will buy an "Eating Right" book.
