So, one of the reasons I initially went on the BTD was to get my cycles more regular.  They were getting better, but I really wanted them as normal as possible.  Anyway - this last month I had a perfect 28 day cycle.  I don't know if I have ever been that regular - and believe me I used to be so irregular a few years ago and wasn't ovulating or any of that and it was horrible.  Have any of you ladies noticed cycle improvements from the BTD?  I'm just hoping this change remains  I just do so much better in so many ways when my periods are on a regular schedule.

That's great Missy.  I'm on hormonal birth control so I haven't noticed any change to my cycle as result of the BTD.

OMG Laura! That's a symptom you haven't mentioned previously! I know you are very slim, do you think that is the problem...too little body fat? How old are you now?
