HI Type O here! I am on day two of no wheat or dairy and my sinuses are clogged, leaving me somewhat breathless, I am a little weak, and exercising makes it worse. I also am having multiple bowel movements. I am a little anxious about all of it. It seems I am also a little dizzy and my eye focus is off. How long does this last? I feel useless at work. |

I started sneezing after three days, and have not yet stopped. I feel like I'm coming up with a cold or something. Hang in there you are not alone. Visiting this website helps me in continuing on this journey. (but I was bad today........ ) I have so much work to do, it makes you want to grab something to snack. |

Welcome ninsun!
Your body is cleaning house and working very hard. Drink lots of water to ease the stress on your kidneys and avoid becoming dehydrated. If you feel weak it is because your energy is turned elsewhere, inward, away from your muscles. You will probably feel much better in anywhere from 2-4 days, keep at it, your body will thank you!! |

ninsun-have a nice warm bath with some epsom salts and a nice cup of green tea or a glass of red wine. Burn some peppermint oil to help the sinus'. It's the closest you can get to a sauna to help you feel better. Unless, of course, you have a sauna in your home. Then go for it. Debra P.S. Make sure to try and clear out the sinus' with kleenex. (Before, during and after). |

This thread is kinda old, but I figure I'd put in my two cents.
I was a very sick O vegetarian when I discovered BTD last year. I discovered that Collard Greens helped me sneeze the stuff out of my clogged nose.
It wasn't the most pleasant solution, but it was a solution nonetheless. |
