[color=red][/color]I started following this diet two years ago and I had a Merdian Stress Anaylsis (MSA) y Herbologist who very much support this diet.  I have only 6 area in my body that were stress or weakend and she said how healthy I was.  Since then lots of things in my life have change, some good and some bad, and I went right back to eating the easy way, that most people do.  I have been so stressed out and not knowing it that I was eating more carbs to help me emotionally. I knew something needed to change for me.  I went back to the herbologist and redid the MSA test to find that all my systems were stressed and damaged and that my aderonal gland was burned out totally. She told me to start the blood type diet again and that if Iwasn't an type O that she would think that I would have been very sick with my levels from this test. That was it, that was all I needed to hear and I am back eating the way I know I should be and following this diet and feeling so much better. I am anxious to go back in 3 months and see where my systems are at and see how I have improved them.  It is very difficult to follow for me at times but the detox that I went through made it enough that I don't ever want to go back to eating wheat, dairy or corn.  I am thankful for this way of life!!
