What is the highest allowed frequency of fruit for an O?  I've never paid much attention to all of that.

No, I don't have that book - I have a list that my homeopathic doc gave me as a guideline and then I have the ER4YB book, but I can't remember if the baby book has the frequencies in it or not.  I'll have to go check.
I would say I get up to 4-5 servings of fruit most days but usually not more than that.

Quoted from paulam
Gorillita,
Great name by the way, if you have been told by dentists that you have good teeth,
it is another sign that you are probably a secretor.  If you have had cavity problems,
then perhaps you are a non-secretor.  Just another clue.  Also, I  did do the test
a few years back when I had some money.  I found I was a secretor, and my teeth
have been pretty strong.  I also know that pinto beans don't agree with me, so you
could experiment with some of the food items that go one way or the other, and
see if you react.  You may be able to figure out pretty closely if you are a secretor
or not.  But you sound like you  are doing well!  Keep it up!

Hello, thanks for the tip, but it's still quite hard to pinpoint if my teeth are good or not. !!! It ain't white, got a little fillings here and there, etc. And I experimented on soy milk, drinking it everyday to test if I'll have a reaction..still nothing comes so I'm guessing I'm Sec...but u never know till u get the test done! gee >_<'''

I eat a lot of fruit, but the secret is to eat it on an empty stomach in the morning.
Don't mix juicier, lighter fruits with heavier ones( berries & bananas, e.g.).
When I stayed home I could eat a half watermelon all morning.  It was delicious.  That's kind of hard to do when one is working----you'll be going to the washroom very often!!!!!!!!!!!  That pineapple juice drink sounds awesome.  I love pineapple juice, too.

Cheers!
