Hello †everyone! I've just finished my Summer holidays , and I'm very happy to have passed great days of relax, exercises, paintings , breathing †and walking on the mountains , swimmining in the sea and †stayužing with very kind friends!
But I'm writing to tell you this about †THE REAL BENEFICIAL VALIDITY & EFFECT of BTD.
X my last week of summer holidays I followed a SIGHT-WORKSHOP in Toscana Italy. This Holiday-Seminar †was based on BATES EXERCISE x the sight and Qi-Gong & Tai-Chi exercises. WONDERFUL and GREAT TRAINING!
The Seminar was in a Vegan Center ( following the Mayana Precepts : the 1rst is: NOT KILL †and EAT ANY LIVING BEINGS - insects , too-)
So The diet †followed was only a VEGAN DIET ( no animal foods): based on a lot of vegetables ( raw & coocked, with a great use of potatoes †and tomatoes) + sprouted grains ( wheat, oat, spelt..) + grains (whole †pasta, whole rice , millet), bread and rice-cakes, + beans ( sprouted and coocked): red lentils, chik-pea, sring-beans + fruits and barley- malt †or marple syryp as sweetners. None knowledge about BTD and lectins.
I know the teacher of this Seminar and I knowed that the diet 'ld be only this : but I've had the possibility to eat my eggs and to go to the nearest restaurant in the night †to eat ...my delicious fresh fish! †X the others meals I ate fresh fruits + vegetables and almonds. No GRAINS †x me!
I'm very happy because...I felt WONDERFUL!
About the other people following the Seminar.... I asked to each of them what was their blood type...and how they felt following that diet....
AMAZING ANSWERS.... beacause NONE OF THEM KNEW BTD !
1) People that already knew and followed that specific vegan diet, with GOOD results ...were ALL TYPE A!!!!!
2) People , who already were used to †follow †a vegetarian diet ( but not this specific vegan diet), eating only few white meat or fish) on 7 days of †this †vegan diet †with beneficial effects ....they were ALL TYPE A!!!!!
3) the vegan chef....was TYPE A!!!!!!!
4) the Tai-Chi/ Qi-Gong teacher ....was TYPE A!!!!!!!!
5) People that felt bad with that specific vegan diet ( bloated intestines, gas, constipation or inflammations) were......ALL TYPE 0!!!!! and some of them told me that they were not used to eat all those grains and they felt better with proteins and vegetables .....
6) An apprentice of the Bates Methos, who was †training to run the New York Marathon, told †me to have been all the time bloated with this vegan diet and ...he is TYPE 0!
7) only 2 peolpe of the Staff,followers of this vegan diet with good results are BLOOD TYPE 0 +.
One of them , Simona, 35 years old, is following it †foe 7 years. She ate meat but her †main problem was constipation. Following this vegan diet she told me to have completely solved her constipation.
Personally I think †she is feeling good †on this diet because she is a very healthy woman, without any specific health desease †and because she is 0+.
I told her that 0- are more delicate than 0+....is it right? and, anyway, †I told her to take Coleus Forskoliji ( the Ayurvedic herb suggested x vegan type 0)
All that people asked me more info about BTD...and so Many of them 'll give a look to our †great BTD web.site!

This my †experience and my extempore "interview" confirm me about the deep and great VALIDITY and EFFICACY of BTD!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!
Now I'm 41 kg.... and I hope to succed on gaining other 5 kg ...to have 45 kg x the end of 2005...
with sweet-portatoes, grapes, turnips, adzuky and my delicious red meat †+ my gym training †pherabs I can obtain this goal... We'll see...
Congrats!! Can you tell me more about your specific diet, like how much oils you use and what your breakfast, lunch and dinner usually look like. I am also O- and Italian- so maybe it will work for me too!! Do you usually eat meat only once per day for dinner? How much nuts do you usually eat? I also find that grains give me constipation, even "beneficial" ones like manna bread, sprouted grain breads and Kamut... Do you not eat any grains? Do you find nuts constipating? Thank You!! -Jamie
This is great news! I'm hoping to share similar stories down the road. I know that I have felt a lot better on the BTD and have passed the word to others that suffer health issues.
One of my sisters just went through a horrible time with her health and has decided to give it a try. She has known all my health issues and came to visit me a couple of weeks ago and was so surprised at the difference she saw.
I have been on the BTD since sometime in June 2005 and plan to continue as long as I have control over what I eat.
Jamielor... I think I saw somewhere that coral calcium is not good for O! I haven't been on the site recently but am encouraged by the comments and have just ordered the new food bars and supplements to keep me going. I shared my book with one of my Chiropractors, 'cause she wanted to know how I kept myself in such good shape for my age (almost 72) The BTD works! Sewjean
