Easter I ate what I wanted and had a hard time getting into the swing of things. Off and on since then I haven't been too compliant. It took some time but guess what? The ugly monster asthma reared it's ugly head. So I do believe I'll be back compliant right away! Thanks for being there and listening. It's much easier to get back on BTD with this board being here.
Listen, this is what I think: I think we can't go around measuring our goodness by what we don't do, by what we deny ourselves, what we resist, and who we exclude. I think we've got to measure goodness by what we embrace, what we create, and who we include. Pere Henri (Chocolat)

I know those days... eating everything I want and then having trouble My pancreas starts to hurt again, I feel so tired... but then I quickly step back into neutral and benefical food. Yes, tomorrow's a new day, true
Just one little cheat you tell yourself, just this once. It will be OK. Ha! My body always reminds me....
Thursday I brought my lunch to work like a good girl, but someone mentioned Taco Bell. Oooo! I hadn't had tacos in AGES!! *sigh* Broke out in hives and was sick the next morning. What in the world was I thinking....must be my defiant nature.
It takes time to become truly BTD compliant, but feeling better will win out. Hang in there!
One step at a time, one day at a time. Hang in there. The nice thing is, once you start eating compliant food again, your body forgives you and goes on with healing. That is a miracle, imo.
You're in good company here Aan, we can all relate!
