Just a quick testimonial to the blood type diet. I've been on the diet since March of last year and I immediately noticed a change in my ability to digest food. This weekend, I came down with my first cold since I've started the diet. Imagine that! A whole year and I haven't had any sinus problems or stomach problems. I love this diet! I am new to this diet and as still learning the ropes. I must say after 2 weeks I am feeling the benefits of the diet. I am losing weight and feeling good. It is so nice to hear that you have been well for so long on the diet. Hope the cold goes soon.
I also find it nice to speak with other of the same blood type as myself. |
