hi you all, I am tilt, but really tilt!!! I never had this, I feel soooooo bad and sick; I'd tryed to vomit, nothing but really nothing worked and now crazy I never feld so sick like those two hours. ok what happened? I came back today after a real hard working day, I thought that my life-span-partner did the usual purchase- but just nothing in the fridge to eat, claro nothing for me!!! So I cheated myselve in eating my super- bread from spelt (made myselve) and.... and.. and what do you think?!- claro something very special, only for O's, perhaps also a little for B's but I think more for O's, so I got tooooo much of this shullbit gurbitch for my stomach and guys and gals, I am sorry but it's really a testimonial, for the rest of my life- never -ever I will eat dryed horse (mostbröckli) !!!!!

Since I am really very compliant to my super AB foodstuffs, must say A2B nonie- so I feel really super great and I will stay on it, sorry but today it was more than a mostly stupide idea- because of my lazyness in going shopping after work!!!
