hi you all,
I am tilt, but really tilt!!!
I never had this, I feel soooooo bad and sick; I'd tryed to vomit, nothing but really nothing worked and now
crazy I never feld so sick like those two hours.
ok what happened? I came back today after a real hard working day, I thought that my life-span-partner did the usual  purchase- but just nothing in the fridge to eat, claro
nothing for me!!!
So I cheated myselve in eating my super- bread from spelt (made myselve) and.... and..
and what do you think?!- claro something very special, only for O's, perhaps also a little for B's but I think more for O's, so I got tooooo much of this shullbit gurbitch for my stomach and guys and gals, I am sorry but it's really a testimonial, for the rest of my life- never -ever I will eat dryed horse (mostbr÷ckli) !!!!!

Mann-oh Mann, that is more than a criminal feeling in my stomach and I cant' vomit,
terrible feelings--

Since I am really very compliant to my super AB foodstuffs, must say A2B nonie- so
I feel really super great and I will stay on it, sorry but today it was more than a mostly
stupide idea- because of my lazyness in going shopping after work!!!

Nee, nee never I will do this again  promised- ok now after that long hours it's becoming a little better- yipee

Yes, I hope you do feel better soon, Isa!!

This, too, will pass...(which is something I also need to remind myself as I have been dealing with a sick household for quite some time).
