The blood type diet has greatly changed my life for the better.  I have a huge amount of energy that I never had before.  I never have digesting problems.  I never get sick and when every one else does I get a runny nose for a day or to nothing close to what everyone else gets.  The rate I which I learn has increased allot and so has my endurence for concentrating.  Every aspect of my health has become healthier since following the diet.  I recomend it to everyone and I know that everyone who follows it not matter what their age, sickness, or blood type their health will be increased.  The next step it going political trying to the science behind it excepted and putting the pharmicuiical industreis out of business once an for all.

The BTD Lifestyle has been a positive blessing in my life:

*  It keeps my body thin and lean
*  It gives me a glowing, clear complexion
*  It gives by body good skin tone
*  It keeps my skin very soft, so I never have to apply body lotion
*  My hair is shiny and has body
*  It keeps me emotionally balanced
*  It helps me handle stress in my life, and when I do have extremely stressful
moments, I use Cortiguard to help reduce my cortisol levels
*  It lets me live a rich, multi-faceted life, without succumbing to exhaustion and
    stress
*  It has given me a greater appreciation for organic foods, environmental issues, and
    sustainable living issues
*  It has allowed me to incorporate my personal interests and studies of Ayurveda and
    TCM
*  It has brought calmness and joy into my life
*  It has been a catalyst to meeting new people who are BTD'ers or people who have
a general interest in their health utilizing a naturalistic approach
*  It has made me become a devotee of yoga practice
*  It has made me realize that I can remain thin without having to exercise
strenously like I have done in the past--the key point is to exercise correctly for
    one's body
*  It has given me the opportunity to try and enjoy many new vegetables, fish, and
other food items that I would have easily bypassed at the HFS and market
*  The BTD Lifestyle perfectly integrates all of the concepts and precepts of my many
years of studies revolving around health, exercise, nutrition, and natural living
*  I was a healthy person without any health challenges prior to beginning the BTD,
this lifestyle has allowed me to elevate my health to the next level

gabbster,

NAP's Cortiguard is a stress balancer designed specifically for blood types A and B.  It contains a synergistic blend of herbs to help reduce high cortisol levels in our bodies, which become elevated under stress.

Hi gabbster,

Please visit the Blood Type Store by clicking the button at the top right corner. That's where you can find info on all NAP products, and how to order them as well.

cheers,
Yaman

I just wanted to chime in here about Cortiguard.  It has been such a lifesaver for me when I am under stress.   I don't handle stress well AT ALL - I can literally feel the cortisol pumping through my body - and the Cortiguard has helped tremendously.   After taking it I feel calm and peaceful, not jumpy and stressed out!

AnnA- when you say you can feel the cortisol pumping through your body -- do you mean a feeling which is like hot pins and needles, and a general weakness, wanting to lie down - (not like the imagined adrenalin rush which would make you want to leap about?)

maybe theres something I might add to testimonials,
its not much in scale but its much to me,
for years Ive had cold toes,
having had to sleep with socks on,
even woollen socks,
and sometimes I have wondered,
because when I was younger
I always had so hot feet,
and had to keep good care that they were
even out from under the blanket,
not even thinking I could get my previously not cold feet back,
but since starting to change my diet
to more suitable for my bloodtype I havent had to wear socks when
Im sleeping, and yeah I think I feel better already otherwise,
so,
such a blessing for us
that we found out nutrition really affects our lives
