1)Psychologically I feel absolutely great… on top of the world! I take on any challenge with such calmness, objectivity… Such equanimity it is a true pleasure; regardless of the time of the month! I feel happy, loving, energetic, positive….Pure bliss!
2)My energy lasts long and is of very good quality (calmly active). I love to wake up fully rested and on my own in the morning (the alarm is always a few minutes late).
3)My skin shows no impurities and glows.
4)I’m very happy with the way my body looks. 41 years, 5’8.5 135lbs. My whole body is toned, muscles defined, and even my tummy is hard without doing push-ups.
5)My fine hair has acquired so much volume. I wonder the whereabouts of a few grey hairs.
6)I love not feeling drowsy after meals.
7)Data from March 2004: Triglycerides: 25, total cholesterol: 181, resting pulse: low 50’s, blood pressure 110/70 and other #´s also good. I do not have details on minerals. Mentioned these ones because they are the ones believed to be more related to red meat consumption (which I have once or twice daily) and fat which I admit I go over LR4YT limits but not in excess and only on HB and ghee.

All this comes from a person that was perfectly healthy before (staple diet: Mediterranean) just wondered if there was a possibility for improvement. Fortunately I found it!
Cool, after I ignored the V.A. doctors and went on the plan, (diet is punnishment, plan is a design for advancement), They flipped out. They had never seen a good cholesterol so high. They asked me to come back in a month, I did, it was higher. They asked me how I did it. I told them, they said "oh no that can't be the reason, we would like to run a study". I told them EXACTLY where they could stick THAT idea. Every day I gain endurance and strength, and that's on top of being a cross country skiier before I started. The last time I was tested (after being on the plan for a year), my recovery time from max pulserate was UNDER one min. They don't even want to SEE me anymore, I ALWAYS rub the "plan" in their faces.
The main reason I'm on the BTD is because for the first time in my entire life, I can eat a compliant meal and walk away feeling full but not bloated or like I pigged out. I feel fed, and nourished. And no indigestion, IBS, etc. It even works with meals that have some neutral foods!
Also for the first time, I can easily see myself eating this way for the rest of my life. And LIKING it. That has never happened with any other diet or food plan I've tried before.
For someone who has had severe food allergies and weight problems forever, that is a major and welcome change.

One of the best changes I have noticed is my skin. I struggled with acne. It was so embarrasing. I was drinking Pop and Orange Juice like crazy. My face was so embarrasing. People I didn't even know would come up to me and try to give suggestions, it was humiliating. I was introduced to the BTD and was told to seriously lay off the OJ, by a friend in the Health food industry. Now my skin looks so much better. Not to mention my Hair is in better condition. It is great to read about how much this way of life is changing lives.
