Thank you all for your replies. It's a go for her. And yes, Isa, people need to be educated that when taking natural products, herbs etc... it takes a two months to see some results, but after three months it is like night and day! Many are coming from the point of allopathic medicine where they feel instants results, like taking Tylenol for a headache...

I take MSM for arthritis and it appears to be helpful.  The fact that the BT encyclopedia suggests use of MSM for pulmonary issues  for type A(which I don't have)  tells me it's likely not going to be harmful for my blood type....it's not a toxin nor listed as causing negative effects.  I take MSM in a "wave".....use it for a few weeks, stop a few weeks and use it again if necessary.  The MSM research shows benefits for those with osteoarthritis.

This is Dr. D's principle as well...

I think we have to allow for healing to take place in a specific time frame....take a break and see if
the body starts healing itself.  The premise of the health protocols is that we're supposed to stop
taking prescribed supplements after a designated amount of time...Sometimes we need to do another round but often, we don't.

I did the anti- inflammation protocol for exactly one month on two achy swollen knees....and within that month, both knees weren't inflamed anymore. I then did the arthritis protocol for 2
weeks and got even greater benefits.  With added exercise and using MSM, I felt so much improved.  I started with 3 grams of MSM per day and am now down to 1 gram....am going to
cut that in half next week, wean down to every other day, and then take a break to see how long
benefits last.

For me, when I began the membrane fluidizer combo, it churned up a whole lot of toxins that
wound up in my knees as inflammation.

I love it when I make progress!!
