Not necessarily.

Why are you taking it?

Have you had blood work that would indicate a b12 deficiency?

I am taking it twice a day for sleep issues due to Adrenal Fatigue.
I had tried the one dose per day before discovering Adrenal Fatigue and nothing really happened except preventing iron loss.
It DOES work for the sleep issue when I take 3000 mcg per pill twice daily.
But I do take it synergistically with other Adrenal Fatigue supplements to rebuild adrenal tissue.

My ND suggested taking it twice: at breakfast and lunch.  But now I take it only at breakfast.

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

I use spray - two sprays under the tongue just before I go to bed. Helps me sleep. I don't dare take it during the day because of that.

It is better for some people but not necessarily for everyone. For some reason, even Dr. D.'s Methy l2 Plus makes me a nervous wreck, but I have had wonderful results with this spray. I don't have any problems whatsoever going off to sleep using the spray along with a few drops of Bach Aspen applied to the skin. I have to be really worried or excited about something wonderful not to be able to sleep after using them.

I normally take a methyl b12 in the morning with the rest of my sups. my tongue swells to let me know I am low most of the time. yesterday I ended up taking it 4x   to relieve thick tongue problems. I took a second at lunch today but so far have not needed a third. I think the baby must have used it   it is the only thing I can think of since I have done nothing different.

nothing to do? who has that!?
