I have an idea for a new Dadamo supplement.

Have you guys ever heard of Micro-Fasting? I am trying one right now and it seems to work great. I can barely handle a regular diet (like following my SWAMI) but I seem to be able to handle Micro Fasting just fine.

In Micro-Fasting, you do not eat but instead fast for the entire day until after 7pm, where you eat an ordinary supper. When fasting, you only consume micro-nutrients normally in the form of a drink.

My drink is made from one scoop of Macro Greens Nutrient-Rich Super Food, two scoops of Essential Amino Energy Concord Grape, one scoop ARA from Dadamo, one scoop of D-Ribose with Malic Acid, and one scoop of Trehalose. Mix well and chug for breakfast, then again for lunch and another for late afternoon snack. The drink has only 90 calories.

The theory behind this that hunger is largely the body starving for micro-nutrients. The most important of these micro nutrients are the amino-acids.  The amino-acid supplement (link is here --> http://www.swansonvitamins.com.....lbs-pwdr  ) it cuts the primary hunger. But your body is also wanting other micro-nutrients so the o green food powder supplies the other need. Energy comes from the D-Ribose and the caffeine in the amino acid blend. The reason the fast is in the morning is to avoid wasting energy with digestion.

I find this works very well and it allows me to follow SWAMI from my evening meal. I normally cannot follow SWAMI - life is too hectic and I am too disorganized to cook . But if I only cook in the evening (and if I am not really hungry in the evening) I can follow a diet ok on that meal.

The only thing I wish I had was the green or red food powder with a selection of explorer / and or O foods. The green powder is real food that has been dehydrated and crystalized into a drink mix. I often wish it was the live food list from my SWAMI.

That would be a great product to offer! Logistically, you could simply average together all the explorer types together, using the computer to sort out a live food list that is largely beneficial or neutral for all explorers! Then we could have a powdered drink! You could make a another drink for the fruit list, or toss in some other food types. Of course, this could be offered for the BTD and or for all Genotypes.

Here is the link to the Green Powder I am using.  http://www.swansonvitamins.com/macrolife-naturals-macro-greens-nutrient-rich-super-food-30-oz-pwdr

I think it should sell well!

I don't know what NAP/Dr. D would do with the idea, but if you put it on the recipe thread, a lot of folks would make it!  Sounds like a good idea for busy  people at least some days a week.

I just follow the liver cleanse in the gtd book and that works like a charm, for me

How different would the supplement be from juicing raw beneficials?

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.
