The last few days I've had chest tightness. Partly because I have gone to gym with my friend and did some light weights... But I've also been falling asleep and waking up (nap or not) with heart feeling like it's pounding even though it's just beating a little harder. Then I have to wait a long time to sleep, probably pee some.
I feel better in the mornings. I've eaten 3 egg omelets and other egg things many days now, thanks to some generosity.
But tonight I was feeling especially awful in the chest. I decided on the off chance maybe a little extra selenium from this supplement I got 75% off on, like months ago, might help since selenium helps antioxidant situation directly with the heart.
Well I don't feel perfect, but I'm not scared of a heart attack while sleeping now. My chest isn't nearly so tight. Hormones are a bit better feeling (I judge this often on if I feel that I can be decisive and have enough testosterone to be willing to be upset and stupid stuff like my phone not loading this page, libido, stuff).
I can feel my skin better, all sorts of stuff.
I'm so sick of this expletive deleted. Just eating leaves me in a state of dieing, and it seems like some sorta f'd up puzzle so I can sleep or not feel like I am dieing. I can't express well how sick I am of being sick. It's expletive deleted. I hate it. I guess I have to take selenium.
Should I be expecting this for the rest of my life? Is this what it's like to be a warrior? |

Deep blue?
80% would be on the low spectrum. Most days are 95-100%.
I like to eat spinach everyday that I can. I think beet juice is the reason my digestion has sped up. For protein I often just have a (unflavored) soy powder because it is cheap. I've had mushrooms, beans, kale, squash, cilantro, grapefruit juice, all sorts of great stuff this past week.
After stopping the consumption of the town water here, I've been getting more positive affects of anything. But the chest tightness has been a bit concerning. It's weird when my chest hurt while exercising, mostly on right side, but it got better after pushing myself a bit instead of taking it easy. But then the tightness, and getting woken up, then having selenium let me sleep. I was worried about magnesium so I ate lots of pumpkin seeds but it didn't do a lot.
When I took the selenium with grapefruit juice I could feel places all over my body kind of clear out. That's the only description I can come up with. It was like a little bit of beating feeling then relief. |

Deep blue is a feature that is only available through practitioners.
Deep blue can radically change SWAMI diet recommendation.
It is important that if the deep blue options are invoked that patients are observed so that one can tell whether the diet changes are benefiting or harming the patient.
Deep Blue is also a feature that is currently under development. I believe that the setting for cardiovascular has not yet been done. So selecting "Endothial Dysfunction" in Deep Blue gets a picture of a little castle to appear on the patient's diet report. The diet report bears a comment "Your SWAMI Clinician has chosen to include the DEEP BLUE Cardiovascuar Management Artificial Intelligence formulas in your food calculations." But food ratings are unchanged because for this section is not yet done. |

I know nothing of DOS's condition, so I may be totally off base.
But chest pane can indicate things other than a person is going to have a heart attack.
For instance, some people when they are under stress will restrict the muscle in the chest. This can certainly be to the point that they feel physical pain.
Selenium can help reduce muscle tension.
So can can meditation. Therapy works for some. Shift in type of exercise or when you do it works for others ...
If you think that you were eminently likely to have had a heart attack recently, you should seek medical council and get this confirmed. Then think about strategies to reduce your heart attack risk. Selenium may not be enough next time (or you might not have it handy when you need it). |

DOS you should be easily able to tell if Deep Blue was used on your SWAMI by looking at the cover page of the diet report. When Deep Blue was used the cover page of the diet report will include a picture of a chess piece like this one: |

So last night I actually slept deeply. I could feel it.
I am going to continue selenium, iodine, and vitamin A. (Lots of ketones on legs now I think) |

Except tonight I couldn't fall asleep when I should have. I'm tired... Chest was pounding away, mostly on left side.
I ate some pumpkin seeds and drank some water (not local), hoping it's either magnesium or dehydration so I can sleep before I get up early. I felt good earlier but not now. I hate the ringing in my ears. |

I took selenium to sleep. I'm just afraid of taking too much. Maybe 600mg is ok, 800 was the limit in one study, bu they set it at 400 anyway. But supposidly it takes thousands to be toxic. But I don't know what level makes hairloss occur.
I don't have any constipation with it and iodine. |

Higher up on vitamin E today. It appears selenium isn't a magic ticket per say. My pulse felt like sludge. Took several small aspirin, hopefully that'll get me evened out and knocked out. I always sleep better with thinned out blood.
Been drinking water but feeling kinda dehydrated. Will try to keep up on protein. It's werid because early in the day I seem hydrated, then it trails off.
I feel light headed and/or tired. It's hard to tell so it's somewhat scary. My nervous system likes thinner blood, some vitamin C (almost out), I think. |

Do you think it lasts longer than aspirin?
I think I've erroneously thought I didn't need to consume powder form soy protein. |

Chest pounding and ringing in ears could be magnesium deficiency. Ever use topical magnesium? Mag oil? If you're interested, read the book The Magnesium Miracle by Carolyn Dean, MD. Google magnesium oil/Mark Sircus. Don't want to hijack your thread...but there is a super long magnesium thread on this forum. and this http://www.magnesiumeducation.com/mg-deficiencies |

Can you afford to see a dr. to rule out anything serious? Also low blood sugar can cause racing heart (adrenal stress).
Remember if you go to the dr., s/he can't force you to take certain meds or whatever. But it is important to rule out a heart condition. |

I can't really go to anyone.
I've been eating lots of pumpkin seeds, but yeah, I like to take magnesium in that CALM drink for sleep. Rather I've done so before and liked it.
In my drawer I found some folate, going to add it too. |
