Ok.. so I've been taking Trehalose for about 2 months and my anxiety attacks are getting worse. Thoughts?
Hi,

What trehalose are you taking? Dr. D's Trehalose Complex is trehalose combined with d-ribose and modified citrus pectin, which may make all the difference.

Secondly, before quitting, have you tried reducing to once daily (morning)?

Last and most important, for anxiety attacks adaptogens are in order. Dr. D wrote about this in Personalized Living in November.

An excellent adaptogen for O is Catechol (Rhodiola)

Another fantastic one is Histona Ulterior

I take one with breakfast. I loved it from the first moment, it has always made me feel so good! and I didn't even pay attention that it was intended for stress relief!

Another adaptogen I take when I feel unquiet is Super Adaptogen by Dragon Herbs, which contains 15 herbs incl rhodiola. It calms me down beautifully.

Please take good care!!! all the best

I don't notice any effects of TC good or bad.  I do enjoy it on ruby grapefruit slices so I use it because it may slow my aging & that can only be a good thing!
I am going to start adding some to my type O explorer husband's morning smoothies, chances are he will probably react, will do it on the weekend just in case.

BluesSinger,  you mentioned taking Trehalose in the morning with a couple other things.  Have you tried taking it at bedtime by itself?
