I don't notice any effects of TC good or bad. I do enjoy it on ruby grapefruit slices so I use it because it may slow my aging & that can only be a good thing! I am going to start adding some to my type O explorer husband's morning smoothies, chances are he will probably react, will do it on the weekend just in case.
