My very first BTD book was the "Menopause:  Manage Its Symptoms with the Blood Type Diet."

For the most part I am still following the Basic Menopausal Support Protocol:  a high-quality multiple vitamin, Chase berry, as the main supplement, along with Vervain, Dandelion, and Horsetail.

A and AB types are advised to use Black cohosh, and type Bs are advised to use Motherwort and Dong quai, among other items.

The on-line Menopause Protocol says to use 'Fem Balance' for all blood types.  This formulation contains all of the items mentioned above for the different types.

Does this mean that I should now also take Black cohosh and Motherwort?
Which of these protocols are correct?  And, is there a place where there are any updates to the book?

I know that the online typebase is the most current place to check for updates to the food lists in the Eat Right and Live Right books.   Is there a place for updates to the other books?

There is an online erata for book updates and corrections.

Some of the Health series books have entries. The menopause book does not. Presumably because there are no updates or corrections for this book.

Thanks for the info C_sharp.

Could this be upped somehow so that the book can be modified?

BTW - C_sharp, Have you ever been to Pinewoods Camp in Massachusetts?

I  thought about going to pinewoods when I had great involvement with the country dance and song society.  But I never actually went.
