Hi just wondering if anyone has found a particular Greens Powder Supplement which lines up with our Superfoods and doesn't include our avoids?
As an aside, this is my first post. I'm pretty sure I'm a Nomad, the only ting which didn't line up for me was the 'usually short and skinny or tall and muscular', I'm tall (6"4.5) but have a typical ectomorph frame. I don't know my secreter status yet. I've got the Genotype book. My goal is not so much to do whatever Nomads are supposed to do but to use the Nomad information to go beyond any of it's inherent weaknesses and live the most optimal life possible IE. if I wasn't supposed to eat read meat (not a recommendation for Nomads in particular I know) then I would looking at what would allow me to eat red meat, IE supplementing with Hydrochloric acid supplements and\or digestive enzymes. At the moment I'm looking the things I'm focusing on Insulin Sensitivity (lately eating makes me feel sleepy)to get optimal energy levels and cut down any excess midsection fat and anything Brain-related IE maximize removal of waste products, optimizing Nerve function, optimizing Neurotransmitter levels etc. My hands get the 'shakes' sometimes at the moment and I'm not sure but I'm thinking that's a combo of blood sugar and Neuro-Muscular function. Ok thanks a lot for any responses. I'm looking forward to any positive changes I can get out of the Genotype recommendations.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding your post and I certainly don't want to be insulting or hurt your feelings. You are to be applauded for wanting to stabilize your health.
However, it has been my experience with people I know that those who "play around with the BTD diet or the Genotype diet" do not get long term benefits - whereas those who follow the diet(s) seriously find remarkable improvement and stability in their health.
Wanting to pick and choose a few things might not be the best way for you to go. BUT I also know that some people start out slowly in making changes and eventually wind up incorporating the full program. I wish you good luck.
