I am currently trying to control inflammation from psoriatic arthritis. As such I'm looking at the anti-inflammation support protocol and the arthritis protocol. The arthritis protocol says to take Deflect O away from food. The anti-inflammation protocol says the same except for non secretors it says to take with meals. Since arthritis is inflammatory why is there a difference regarding O nons taking deflect. Assuming I'm not eating any avoids, what is the best way for me to take deflect?

Go ahead and follow the nonnie protocol.  Dr. D knows best.

The arthritis protocol doesn't have an O nonnie protocol

Yes, thanks I saw that but it's still confusing. The anti-inflammation protocol says take deflect with meals and the arthritis protocol says away from meals. I have the arthritis book but can't find it so if anyone knows what it says about deflect for nonnies please let me know.

Thanks Lola. I have one container of deflect left. If I'm going to take it more than once or twice a day, it will be too expensive using the NAP product. Will other brands with just the nag work as well?

Unless of course, you take too much.  It is possible to overdose on many things that are safe or necessary in proper dosage.
