I bought some of it on the special sale & have been taking it with the trehalose in the morning.
I was wondering if it should be taken with heavier food or some other way instead of with fruit or lime/lemon.
The problem is that a couple of days ago I got horrible constipation & it was the only thing that was different than my usual diet (except for the UniBars which didn't cause it previously).
I doubt such a small amount of a powder could cause the Big CN, but in the past, tiny amounts of milk caused it.
Should I take it with heavier food later in the day?  I only take the trehalose in the AM & heard that it is good with ARA 6.  I think I'll skip it for a few days unless I hear otherwise from somebody here.
Thanks!

Perhasp it is as simple as you would need to up your liquid intake if you are taking additional sugars.

My wife (O+ non) had a similar experience initially and had to limit intake to 1/2 tsp in the AM with trehalose. She adjusted recently a to a full tsp once the membrosia oils were introduced.

I drink a 12 oz. glass of water with my first of the morning "between meals" supplement pills.

Then I have a cup of Teeccino.

Then within a few minutes I stir a tsp. of ARA6 into my 2nd cup of Teeccino, along with a tsp. of hawthorn berry extract.

Then in 30 to 45 minutes I drink another almost full 12 oz. glass of water with my "breakfast time" supplement pills.

PLENTY of liquid intake.......no problem with constipation.

I, however, do make a lot of trips to the bathroom for the next few hours!

Thanks for the input, friends.

I do drink enough water during the course of the day, but maybe need to have more at the time I take the ARA6.    It is interesting that it might cause constipation. It sounds so strange.

Larch is a fiber and fiber requires lots of water so everything can flow through the intestines without forming a "clog". You might have had adequate intake of water prior to taking in more
fiber. I do the same thing as others have mentioned....In the AM, I'm drinking lots and lots of water/tea/ other liquids, also extra to swallow pills....but AM is when I take in the types of fiber that could easily bind me up. I use flax seeds in a bread I eat every morning...Too little liquid with so much fiber and I too was having constipation problems.....until I consciously started drinking
more.

Yes, it is from the Massa!  I ordered it during the December sale!  I have been off it for a few days & will resume a smaller dose later in the week.

Thanks for all the good advice!  In the past, all kinds of fiber 'worked' for me. I never got constipated, but there is always a first time or a new product.
