If you are eating no avoids and losing weight, you are most likely detoxing something that is hard for you to digest, which is causing the smelly gas...  Hopefully, you'll get through this soon and enjoy better health.

Actually, I have great health. It's funny, I used to burp all the time & was constipated before I really started following my swami 18 months ago. Since I've been eating right, I no longer burp (only if I eat something I shouldn't), but now I go regularly, but have TONS of gas! Soooo, I guess I'd rather go & be gassy, than not go & burp . It just smells now, where it didn't before. I wonder what else I could do to help digest things better? I take bromelain & HCI. . .

Those two possibly...
Also possible: Polyflora A, Intrinsa, Deflect A, Hepatiguard...  Or some enzymes...  It all depends what the digestive issue is...

May need to allow more healing to take place...  It may take more time for the body to do what it needs...

Dr. D.(or another Dr. there) may be able to help more, but it would require a visit to their office.

Dr. D uses ara6 in many of his supplements also known as pixie dust-- it sometimes causes a bit of gas as it gets the flora healthier in the gut.

Take it slow and take it at night before bed so you can relax about the gas.

Are you talking about the larch Andrea? If so, anything of Dr. D's that has the larch in it, I should take at night?

Started taking the ARA6 at night like you suggested in a thread a while back.  Also taking a tablespoon like you said you also were taking.

It takes 4 to 5 hours to completely empty the stomach.

Interesting.

I wonder if we could get some clarification from Dr. D regarding supplement instructions to "Take on an empty stomach." And "Take away from food."  What is the true window on these food/supplement interactions? Even though it's been discussed here before, it's still rather vague to me. In particular, how likely are these supps to be ineffective if those guidelines are not optimal.

I'm a light grazer from awaking to dinnertime. It's hard enough getting 2-3 hours away for them, and would not want to missing the benefits and wasting the money.

This depends though on the contents of the meal and on how big the meal is.

But it's true, there must be a difference - I noticed that for some supps it says 'away from food', for some 'between meals', and for some 'on empty stomach'. I saw several times that 'away from food' was interpreted as 'half an hour before meal or 2 hours after meal'.  For El Dorado it says 'between meals'.

For me, 'empty stomach' is only first thing in the morning.  I only have a few supps that say 'away from food' and I'm taking them first thing in the morning and right before bed.

Got my order today -
I couldn't afford the combo pack so I  got El Dorado for me because my weight is good but I lack energy.

I ordered Glycoscia for my sis to try because I believe she has a problem with excessively thrifty genes.
I don't see on the bottle when she should take it. I'll do some checking here on the web site but could you share a bit about how you take the Glycoscia and your experience with it, please.

Take one Glycoscia with a meal twice a day.  I take mine with breakfast and lunch.

could you please share---- did you feel any difference?

Sorry, but I don't take TC, so I'm unable to provide any feedback on that.

Regarding ARA6, honestly, I don't feel anything when I take it, day or night.  I don't take it on a regular basis, because it's not mentioned at all in my supplement list on my SWAMI.  I feel I get enough fiber with my SWAMI.  This is probably why it's not mentioned at all on my SWAMI, except on the Carb section, and I eat tons of Flaxseed, so I'm getting a wonderful fiber already from that group.  Being a Warrior, practically every food group on my SWAMI contains fiber.
