I say morning for As, as the Bs are cortisol individuas as As and the morning bounce of cortisol is probably regulated by B vitamins as by pathetine and panthotenic acid as in Royal jelly. Dr D if i remember right told morning for As, so I'd do as a B.

I take methyl B12 no later than early afternoon. I tried the bedtime recommendation once and was awake until the wee hours so that did not work for me. Fine with the early though. I don't really notice it giving me any extra energy during the day. I take the supp for macrocytic anemia.
