I am on my first bottle of Polyvit A and my husband on Polyvit B - I'm 57 he is 51.  I see where Exakt is a Multi-nutrient.  Is one recommended over the other for 50 somethings?

It's recommended for people who wish to share a bottle of a multi, rather than buying individual blood type multivitamins.  There are forum members who might have family members of all 4
blood types and this really has nothing to do with age.  You could take either formula whether you're 50 something or not.  It's your choice.

Also children and nursing mothers.

It was also the multivitamin recommended for all GenoTypes for people following that plan.

Many GenoType dieters now used polyvite, but the initial recommendation was for Exakta (It was called GenoType Mulivitamin--but the formula was the same as Exakta)

Yep, I'd recommend Polyvite and Phytocal over Exakta if you can manage it, as they are specifically designed for each blood type.  The Exakta was designed for pregnancy/nursing, seniors and children over 6 years old.  It's a great family multi as It contains both vitamins and minerals.
