Anyone ever used the Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for anything?  I purchased some to wash veggies in but read that it does lots of other good stuff as well when ingested.. but yet I've never  seen it recommend by Dr. D for anything...

It's also good for getting blood stains out of carpets.

I pour it over my toothbrush before brushing for that nice frothy cleansing, and again afterwards to store the toothbrush in a (somewhat) antiseptic environment.

I have just started using it mixed with toothpaste and/or bi-carb as a tooth whitener when brushing...

I've used it as a mouthwash, and prefer it to other mouthwashes which have too many ingredients and cause me to keep spitting out for some time afterwards.  Or just salt in warm water is ok too after cleaning teeth.
Mouthwash not that important to me now, as hardly any sugars in my digestive system these days and my gut flora is getting better!

I use it for earaches.  Pour a capful in ear, tilt head, move jaw around, then dump out.

Hi BluesSinger... I see that no-one has actually answered your question re ´food-grade  hydrogen peroxide´  and unfortunately I can´t either! Like you I am presuming, I have read quite alot about it being used for treating viruses ,even as cancer treatment)
However, the hydrogen peroxide I use is the one bought from a pharmacy (either 3 or 6%)although its sale is being limited here I have heard! Anyway, it is not "food grade" and so cannot be ingested...I am not even sure where you can buy "food grade".

Like others here I use the pharmacy one for a whole range of cleaning and disinfectant purposes...as alternative to bleach, as household cleaner,in toothpaste, and for for cuts and infections (like my son´s infected ingrown toenail...it worked like a dream!)

I too would be interested if anyone has found and used the "food grade" .

There are some huge proponents of food grade hydrogen peroxide on the internet, and I looked into getting some once, but once I started following BTD, I somewhat lost interest for several reasons...

I use external use only product for many things, but have never gotten the food grade.

From a pamphlet I got years ago with a bottle of 35% hydrogen peroxide: For a vegetable soak, "add 1/4 cup 3% peroxide to a sink full of cold water.  Soak light vegetables (lettuce, etc.) 20 minutes.  Thicker skinned vegetables (like cucumbers) for 30 minutes.  Drain and dry."

The 3% hydrogen peroxide is made by mixing "1 oz. of 35% hydrogen peroxide (food grade) into 11 oz. of distilled water."

THANK YOU SO MUCH!  I can't use vinegar because believe it or not, the vegetable absorb it and then my whole body hurts!!!

I purchased some 3% grade at the health food store.. but it's a bit pricey.  Maybe buying the 35% will be cheaper.  If you have a source for a good price, please advise!  thank you again!
