Hi, I'm heading to South Africa soon, on a safari. I will be eating the local foods, as well as the game we shoot, plains game. Venison etc. is an avoid for me, but a special meal for me isn't feasible. How often should I take Deflect? Every meal? I'm taking probiotics  as well. I don't want to feel crummy on our 'bucket list' trip, but I don't want to be a 'pain in the pin feathers' either. Thanks for any advice. nan

The Deflect is for lectins.

Meats are on your avoid list for a different reason.

You might plan on taking Deflect per label instructions to help with other parts of the meals that you are unable to control.

Whatever you wind up eating, please enjoy it! A bucket list trip should be enjoyed.

Thanks Lloyd,  I didn't know red meat  wasn't a ' lectin avoid'. I suppose though, I'll take the deflect for what ever lectin avoid slips in my mystery meals. Good advice about enjoying whatever we eat!  Thanks!
