I just tried adding a polyflora "O" to Emily's fruit smoothie, which consisted of one pineapple, a hand full of blueberries an a banana, the three of us had a glass and then 3 small containers were filled and put in the fridge.
I added Harmonia delux, one teaspoonful, one exakta and one phytocal "O" as I always do.
Is this all a good idea or am I missing something. also is there any benefit to leaving the fruit at room temperature for a few hours before putting in the fridge, or indeed any reason why I should not. or would the harmonia just kill the polyflora anyway?
It tasted absolutely gorgeous regardless lol.
