alright well im o+  and im a hunter.  why is nitricycle the catalyst that fixes my ED?  considering that im not b or ab blood type or on top of that a nomad.  Im really just confused....  help me understand?  thanks

First, I don't think anyone was saying that Nitricycle would definitely help you.  Any type can benefit from better nitric oxide function, even though the need is more often found in types B and AB...

My advice is to get into the gym and do some squats and/or deadlifts, with a lifting belt and a partner, with as heavy weights as you can muster.  Afterwards have some beef, broccoli, and brown rice.  You will feel the effects almost instantly.

I don't think you need a pill, although magnesium seems to be a common deficiency.  Libido is just another measure of health, like energy, mental function, etc.  Try shutting off the brain for an hour a day... mediate, get plenty of sleep.  Make sure your lifestyle/job/relationships aren't causing anxiety.

Brings up an interesting question.

I know someone who is having issues not with erection or orgasm per se, but with certain kinds of orgasm. Male person,60s, and intercourse does not always result in orgasm.

Was thinking perhaps that general vitality might need a boost but also that testosterone levels might be low.

Any thoughts? He has recently been moving toward BTD--- cutting out dairy, wheat, and adding in more meat-- BT O.

Well, this idea may sound WAY out there, but I am going to share it.

If you are a regular porn user - STOP!  There are a lot of articles out there that highlight how men in particular are having difficulties getting and maintaining an erection due to the use of porn and manual stimulation.  Don't use porn or masturbate - for a while - a see if that helps.  This advice has been given by others to others on this forum, so this information is not new here.

Share with the best of intentions . . .

I'm very sure he is not a porn user.

I was hoping for ideas related to supplements and herbs.

He is only semi-compliant with the diet and I was wondering if that would affect it.

Its likely an adrenal issue.  Even in chinese medicine sexuality is directly tied to the kidneys and modern medicine also shows the adrenls are closely tied with the kidneys.  In chinese medicine the kidneys need nourishing when yhe sex drive has dropped..  The squats are good it sinks the chi to the waist and lower extremities where it should be.  Can evendo tai chi squats.  Hunters burn their adrenals hard and can sap em without the right nourishing.

Breath out and lower whole body sitting into the posture breath in and feel like you float upwards keep back straight not rigid.  Raid and lower the hands too with the body.  Keep feet wider apart, at least shoulder width or a little wider.  Breath mainly with nose with pelvis tucked in using the abs..  Even Os benefit is my guess but not for stress relief as much prob. On its own, esp when younger.  Of course more intense exercise should be used too but not overdone when like that.

And can try horny goat weed.  Chinese medicine uses it for sexual exhaustion andreplenishing the kidneys.  How's that for a bizarre reply

Look up tai chi opening form on you tube for a visual if you feel like it

Check those out for a visual.  They may help if you did them regularly and added them to any exercise routine you have going.
