Interesting article for those working on their bone density. I googled to see what foods we can eat to make sure we get potassium citrate in our diet, and citrus fruit, bananas, dried apricots, were listed first followed by Salmon, tuna, Flounder and leafy green veggies, asparagus, broccoli, potatoes, tomatoes, whole grains and yogurt. Assuming this is correct we should be doing okay with this, I hope. http://www.naturalnews.com/z038539_alkaline_foods_supplements_strong_bones.html
Curious to others reactions? My mother has always been a big citrus eater and for her 87 years she has done well. She has shrunk like most people of her age, but her back/Shoulders are only mildly rounded.
DL, I was talking to a friend, she is waiting to do her blood type test, and she also can't handle potassium citrate. I wish the A blood group got more citrus on the beneficial list.
