Can I take both at the same time since I have to take both "away from food" or would it be better if I took the Polyflora in the AM before breakfast and the Bromelain in the PM at bedtime?  Note: My purpose for taking Bromelain is for arthritis pain/inflammation.

As far as I know, they are fine together.    I always used to separate mine until I increased my Polyflora to 2 caps/day and Bromelain to 2 caps/day.  Then I needed to double up there.

Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are.
Let me not pass you by in quest
of some rare and perfect tomorrow.

you can also take polyflora few minutes before you eat...that was advice I got from an Acupuncturist and it seems to work well for me.  I also do bromelain between meals.

Gluten/Casein and Yeast sensitivity.
