Golfzilla, if you want to read about Schizandra from the standpoint of Ron Teeguarden, who sells high quality chinese herbs, here's a link to his site.  He is extremely knowledgeable about his specialty, keeping in mind that this is not from a blood type standpoint. I've at least never heard any word of schizandra being 'bad' for any blood type.  I personally like the herb for many reasons.
