Well I've been taking the fish oil from Dr. D's store.. but recently I-Herb sent me a complimentary bottle of Sundown Naturals Fish Oil.  1000mg

it's got:

Gelatin,
Vegetable Glycerin
Mixed Natural Tocopherols
Anchovy
Mackerel
Sardine

It was free.. do you all think it would be ok to take?  none of these fish are avoids

I buy a similar product for my type O daughter. The only reason I won't use it personally is because anchovies are an "avoid" for me.
