Since I cannot tolerate dairy products, is it OK to use colostrum cream on the skin?
I got some this summer & have used it a little, but want to know if it works on an O or any dairy-intolerant person.

Too bad that when I was producing breast milk that I didn't use it for other things. I wonder if it would have helped if I drank a little - would I get any immunities?  It sure was good for my kids!

Try a small amount on a small area of skin and see if you have any negative reactions.

Most people can handle some "avoids" topically, but there are exceptions. If you have an actual milk allergy, colostrum cream would be a poor choice, but if you're just "intolerant" then you may do fine with the cream.

I didn't get any outward reactions, but noticed I looked older when I used it on my face.  I may continue to use it on my legs & use other creams on my face, etc.
