It sounds like the product might have been stored too long or exposed to extreme temperatures. It's supposed to be kept between 40 degrees but not over 100 degrees. In shipping, just about any product could be denatured by high heat. Or else there has been a change in the production of this formula. Is there a way to contact the manufacturer? Anything on the label where you could call and find out before you use it? Personally, I use and am happy with a granular lecithin. But look at the color of this liquid lecithin...It could be that this red/brown color is normal. http://hugeroc.en.alibaba.com/product/517874259-213174378/Organic_Liquid_Lecithin.htmlThese google images show it to be more golden/orange/brown http://www.google.com/search?q.....iw=1857&bih=1021 |

Hello everyone, I am so glad this post talk about lecithin and I have to share this with you guy may be most of you already know about it but I would like to share though. 2 days ago I read the book Live right for your type(from Dr.D’s) at the book store but I have time only 20 minutes. On page 193 ( sorry if I am wrong)talk about how to absorption of lycopene : “From Membrane Fluidizer Cocktail. using Guava, Grapefruit, or watermelon. Juice as the base, add ½ to 1 tablespoon of high-quality Flaxseed oil, add 1 tablespoon of good-quality lecithin. Shake well. The lecithin emulsifies quite palatable. This will increase the absorption of lycopenex from these food to a level not unlike tomato paste. But without the tomato lectin.” http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=50121http://www.dadamo.com/forum/archived/config.pl?read=142702http://garriscooking.blogspot.com/2011/06/membrane-fluidizer-cocktail-for-b.htmlI would like to read some more but I don’t have time. Anyway this book is very interesting for me and I did order yesterday. Also, in the book talk about Type As can help block the actions of dietary lectin by using polysaccharide sacrificial molecules, such as those found in -Fucus vesiculosis-kelp -Larch arabinogalactan -Laminaria And about the stress. Music can be a powerful modulator of stress. -A waltz by J.strauss -A piece of modern classical by H.W. Henze “Ambient” music by Brian Eno This one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w26pW2Uz2-Y that he talking about or not? I am not so sure. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBO3lcl7HQ4&feature=endscreen&NR=1Please share some with me if you have those music I would like to hear how wonderful sound. Thank you and have a great day! |

It doesn't look or taste "bad". The color is just red instead of clear and transparent. The ingredients have nothing else besides soya lecithin. It's from Fearn. I haven't been able to find a customer service number... |
