I am reading about skin (again!), collagen, elastin & hyaluronic acid... If glucosamine is recommended for hyaluronic acid production generally, would MSM be a suitable substitute for type B? |

Also interested in glucosamine with MSM vs chondroiton. Anyone? I'm wondering about this because If I switch to chondroiton, it appears I'd be getting everything in my regular diet that Deflect has to offer. Making Deflect a redundant supp, in other words. A cost issue. I don't mean to hijack your post, honeybee! Anyone having your answer may know mine as well. |

I have some MSM - I am going to try adding some to a hydrosol and test as a face spritz. I am not sure if I will need to keep it refrigerated (or add a preservative). My skin is so dry and it seems to have stopped producing any oil at all - could be winter, hormones, ageing... |
