What can I do RIGHT NOW to remedy a bad situation? I bought these little tubes of Zipfizz after the guy swore up and down that there was no caffeine in the product. Today I go on their website and it says that their product has a much CAFFEINE as the largest serving of Starbucks coffee. It has Guarana in it which is an AVOID for both my husband a B and me an AB. Can I take something RIGHT NOW to remedy this disaster I been taking it for 3 days and now I know besides giving me mountains of Energy from B12 why it increased my satiety and I had to force myself to eat. And why I couldn't sleep. |

You could take a dose of Deflect, but more important is to eat some beneficial foods and drink plenty of plain water to fuel the body properly and help flush the waste. This is a constant battle.
The best we can do after any "slip" is to get right back on the beneficial horse... |

Thanks ABJoe, I don't have deflect, that's why I asked what I can do Right Now. So drink lots of water. Okay will do. Maybe I should invest in one of the packs of Deflect for such emergencies. Are they expensive and where can I buy them? |

It should be out of your system in a day or two on its own. |

Thanks, all. That sounds Great! I am going to ask my husband if he will let me order the Deflect once a month.I know Medicaid will not pay for this. But maybe if I can get my gut cleaned up of lectins not friendly to me, things will improve |

Drinking lemon water should help in the short term- it helps detox the body faster than just drinking plain water can.
Chamomile tea may help you relax and fall asleep. If you're still too wired to sleep, taking Benadryl for one night might be better for your body than another sleepless night. |

yiikes I can realte how you must feel in those moments....especially with guarana... here I react phobically until being nearly hyper... add the caffeine en plus and crazy..... jaminei I wish you a very quick recovery and also for your hubby.... from Isa p.s. I think magnesium would help to calm downm, l'theanine is fine too and perhaps even rhodiola rosea would might help out here ....and as AB Joe mentioned loads of water .. |

I felt as though my eyeballs were afloat from all the water. I am back to normal, tired and worn out by mid-afternoon. I take magnesium and Calcium supplements every day Isa. Even when I did not have a disaster. $40 a month for deflect is going to be too prohibitive. I'll only use them for emergencies |
