Hello, I have been taking methionine for my high histamine reactions and it makes me feel very calm. However I have recently read that it can increase ageing;

Has anyone heard of this?

I took it for about a month and am now horrified I may have done some damage. Would trehalose complex reverse my worries perhaps?

Will be ordering the trehalose again anyhow.

a true antihistaminicum is highest dosages of Vit. C and quercetin !
