What B type can take in supplements that would raise seratonin? I know l-glutamine, l-tyrosine are not recommeneded to B type. Is there anything besides eating turkey that can help I think my seratonin levels go too low during PMS and I can't control my carb cravings. I would also like to know is chromium picolinate is OK to take. I read that it is carcinogenic.

5-HTP raises seratonin, and is listed in the "stress protocol" for non-secretors of all types.
