Does anyone know, what is the optimum minimum time after eating food and before taking Polyflora, and, also, the optimum minimum time after taking Polyflora and before eating food?  Thanks.

Is that instruction for 20 minutes before eating on the Polyflora, or on the Live Cell, or on both bottles?  

Today a Dadamo telephone rep confirmed the [15-] 20 minutes after taking Polyflora [and Live Cell] and before eating.  The 20 minutes is a minimum amount of time; food can be eaten any time after those 15 or 20 minutes.  

How about Polyflora first thing in AM with trehalose and ARA6 in lemon water?

The "first thing in the morning" puts lemon water cleansing and polyflora at odds if they can't be combined, and working the trehalose & ARA6 into the routine complicates things.

I've been doing it this way, but if this compromises the effectiveness of any of these supplements, I would like to know so that I can alter the timing. It's certainly possible to separate everything, but I have a strong desire for efficiency...

Does anyone know?

ARA6 and Polyflora is a great combination.

Does the acidity of lemon water, or the addition of trehalose reduce the efficiency of probiotics?

OP = 1st thing in the morning = this is just a cleansing routine, like brushing teeth, but doing OP instead.  Rinse mouth well a few times after OP and wait 30m before drinking or eating anything.

Eating and drinking routine once OP process finished:

lukewarm lemon juice plus TC

Usually 30m or 1 hr later I have raw fresh home made juice (made with masticating juicer, no centrifugal ss).  Sometimes I may even eat the pulp from the juice, depending on ingredients.  

If I have probiotics, I will add them to this juice by adding kefir milk, or yogurt or supps.  I have not done that for a while ,,, this topic has reminded me to catch up with it ... it is always good to give the goodies inside our digestive system a boost, every now and then ...

The rest of the meals and supps (if needed) follow as per normal ...

This is why it is so important to stay connected here and keep coming back ... keep us on track ...

A Dadamo telephone rep has advised me that there should be a 30 minute minimum time interval after eating and before taking Polyflora [+ Live Cell], i.e., the second dosage of the day, later on in the day.  

I had not previously heard of the Trehalose or ARA6, will keep these in mind.  

I submitted a request to customer service for more comprehensive instructions on the Polyflora and Live Cell bottles; however, they believe that the current instructions are adequate.
