Siberian Ginseng is an adaptogen and will help with energy for type B's, particularly adrenal fatigue.

Dong Quai is somewhat of phyto-estrogenic, so would help with hot flashes.  It is good for increasing circulation and building blood.

Chèrele:

Dr. D'Adamo, in his two books, Fatigue: Fight it with the Blood Type DIet and Menopause: Manage its Symptoms with the Blood Type DIet, lists Dong Quai tea as a Neutral for AB (both sec and non), and "Ginseng" tea as a Beneficial for AB sec and non.

I don't know if Eleuthero ("Siberian Ginseng") is the ginseng you choose, as many women do, but, if so, I'd go with that first, to see if it delivers Beneficial effect.

no teas but supps and both work super for me ....feel good and fit and and yup it is siberian ginseng I've got.... but won't take the mentioned dosage of 4x1 daily (75mg's each tablet)... I fear this is really too much for an explorer....I don't like the feeling of *beeing hyper* .............

I did assume you meant supps, but since I have his ratings for each as a tea, for the two health conditions you mentioned, I thought you might like to know.
