Siberian Ginseng is an adaptogen and will help with energy for type B's, particularly adrenal fatigue.
Dong Quai is somewhat of phyto-estrogenic, so would help with hot flashes. It is good for increasing circulation and building blood.

Chèrele: Dr. D'Adamo, in his two books, Fatigue: Fight it with the Blood Type DIet and Menopause: Manage its Symptoms with the Blood Type DIet, lists Dong Quai tea as a Neutral for AB (both sec and non), and "Ginseng" tea as a Beneficial for AB sec and non. I don't know if Eleuthero ("Siberian Ginseng") is the ginseng you choose, as many women do, but, if so, I'd go with that first, to see if it delivers Beneficial effect.  |
