I remember the cocktail from way back, not surprising since Dr. D is ahead of the times on alot of things!!!.

I followed today's search for Membrane Fluidizer Cocktail and reached the thread "Cognitive Enhancer" of last year where Victoria gave the recipe. Please where did Dr. D write about it? Thanks.

I believe it is in Eat Right in the section for blood type B, but if not it is in Live Right. Check the index.

Can an egg replace the egg-lecithin, until I find some egg-lecithin? Watermelon juice and organic flax seed oil is brilliant, and I love eggs so much.

All types will benefit from this and the lecithin is safe even if  swami/or btd says no soy. All the soy is washed out by the time it gets to the granules.

I am a big advocate of this.

I have seen the good doc give this to just about every patient who graces his door.

It protective effects are wonderful.

This is where I found the article:
http://news.yahoo.com/nutrient-drink-might-boost-memory-early-alzheimers-study-231017483.html

This article was published on July 10, 2012, so it is almost a year old already...

Thanks, ABJoe, I knew it was an older article so that was why I wondered if it was still around.
I couldn't help but wonder if some of those commenting in the article have a single clue about how much money is spent on a yearly basis for supplements that are not covered by insurance! Or are they just trying to make negative comments? Surely they are not that stupid, so it must be the negativity kicking in!

I wonder if it matters whether you get all these ingredients at the same time... I have all of them every day all spring, summer and fall but not necessarily at the same time of day. I remember this now from last year and said that I was going to freeze watermelon juice during the summer so we could have in the winter months. This is a good reminder!

I make mine with grape juice or a mixture of pineapple/grapefruit juice. (DH and I both do this with Uridine in the AM and were told we could use any of our compliant juices) Sometimes I add lemon juice.

I prepare it the night before and refrigerate.  Next day, with a few shakes, I find everything perfectly
blended.

Guess it's time to go back and buy flaxseed oil again.  I don't know anything about uridine.  Guess I'll have to Google that.  I wonder if it would be OK to add the Trehalose to that.  I usually have that in the morning with grapefruit juice.

Dr. D'Adamo recommends taking Trehalose an hour away from green tea, coffee, curcumin or quercetin.  Otherwise, don't worry about when you take it.

Chloe, would you mind telling me how many milligrams of Uridine you get in your supplement?

We each take 2 pills...300 mg each.
I buy it here.  http://www.pureformulas.com/uridine300-60-capsules-by-ecological-formulas.html#sthash.o5HfWXXC.dpbs

If you order from this company, where it says "promotion code" type in NEXT10 and save 10%.
It's free shipping and you can choose a free sample....(Look underneath the promo code box)

Dr D sells it in his practice but when I was in Bridgeport a few months ago. they were out of it....so I found it online.

Thanks  much, Chloe. I noticed the person making a comment said that it particularly worked well taken sublingually. Have you tried that?  I have been reading comments on other sites and many seem to agree with this. Some of them are getting amazing results!

Their price is certainly better than Amazon for the same product!!

Ordered it today!

You're welcome....hope you saved 10%!

Here's some people posting about uridine
http://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/52772-effects-from-different-sources-of-uridine/

and some science
http://examine.com/supplements/Uridine/

You know what I noticed?  I've been taking uridine with membrosia for probably 9 months.  I honestly couldn't see benefits at all (but had been taking membrosia cocktail without uridine
for maybe 6 months before)

...but when I added trehalose complex/larch 2 weeks ago, suddenly, and probably within 10 days, I noticed a profound difference in my mood....my focus, my stamina.  And likely it was the Trehalose/larch boosting the effects of uridine/membrosia.  Can't say for sure.  Only taking 1/2 tsp of TC/larch and it's 30 minutes after I take the uridine/membrosia cocktail first thing in the AM but the combo of both of these protocols is really profound!

Yes, I got the discount, Chloe! Thanks for the help with that! Got it today and just had a capsule with the other super dupers - I meant to try taking it under the tongue, but in the excitement of trying it the first time I forgot to do that. I notice that most of those people writing about their experience didn't say a word about taking juice with it. They need Dr. D. to lead them by the hand!

Usually, if something is going to work for me, it does it in a grand way - you could see that with the Trehalose! The reason I wanted to try this now is because I will soon be getting into the summer doldrums because of working outside in the heat so much. No matter what I do, it usually will begin to take its toll around the middle of July. So we will see!

Chloe, I'm sure you read some of that about Brewers' Yeast and it's effects. I used to get the biggest high imaginable after taking one-fourth cup of it at a time, which was good because our sons were young at that time! For some reason it doesn't do anything for me now, though. It isn't in my SWAMI, either.
