I have been taking this the last few weeks to reinforce my will to not eat wheat. Walnut essence helps you to do what you know you should do despite what others around you say. It seems like in the last few years there's been a lot of gluten free stories with nutritionists saying gluten is not a problem blah blah blah. I'm not blaming them but really the level of disinfo & media noise has gotten quite annoying. Walnut has really helped me clear a lot of that out. This past weekend I went to a pizza place Ive frequented the last few years & just had wine . Also noted other menu options, salads etc & did not feel sad or deprived about not having pizza. Walnut has a "spell breaking" effect & definitely this place had a hold over me. Glad it's over & recommend this essence. |

I've often found that Bach Honeysuckle flower essense works better for me than Walnut when I'm in a rut and having trouble making changes. Sometimes it's more a matter of "not wanting to change what I'm used to" rather than "giving in to peer pressure" that's keeping me from making positive changes.
I currently own nearly all of the Bach Flower Remedies, and mix and match as needed. |

I like Walnut for any major life transitions and how it helps me to ease through potentially stressful challenges without damage. Honeysuckle sure is great for helping us to 'move on'! |

I have only recently studied the range of Bach flower remedies in my course. I am struck with how useful they are in so many situations, since they work on emotions, and there is an emotional component to practically everything we do. (I am taking elm at the moment to help with the mountain of end of semester assessment tasks!)
I must admit I was a tad sceptical about Bach remedies, but after trying a number of different combinations on myself and some friends, I am quite convinced of their validity.
I know some people say that there is no scientific backing. However, that simply means that scientific evidence is not known for the time being, not that it does not/can not exist in the future. |

I used Walnut in 2006 to seriously add meat back to my diet, also joined a gym & got a corporate type 9-5 job, really seemed to help a lot. Have never used Honeysuckle, have thought of situation as having strength to do what I want & know I should, not moving on from something. Walnut is highly protective & can stop the avoids altogether. |

I don't know, but if I eat pine nuts, which are a diamond for me, I have the same reaction I do to pine trees. It isn't severe but not something I would want to bring on purposely! Stinging nettle helps me more than anything. Which reminds me, one of my daughters-in-law used to have headaches all the time until I told her about stinging nettle. She never has them now and makes sure she never runs out of stinging nettle! |
