That's good!
Depression is a serious illness hope your mom gets a handle on it.
I know I have been dealing with the condition since {forced} retirement.
people {friends?} are funny once they hear I am not working it's hay buddy how about fixing this or doing that for me since your not doing anything! Wrong I am doing plenty trying to get and keep health. since the knee replacement I have not recovered completely and has 2 shoulder surgeries a few month ago to add to a compromised immune system. A combination of RX meds and following a healthy lifestyle are keeping me going. It could be much worse. I feel this sinus and ear infection is in part do to all of the years of painting and compromising my respiratory system form the 30 + years of body work painting and being in contact with chemicals. I am feeling the this illness is a cleansing of my system from all the discharge I've had over the past weeks. This along with the fever I've had is killing ugly things in my body.. At least that's what I am going with. good will come of all of this pain.
My sleep Dr. recommends Benadryl at night to aid in sleeping for me she said it is better that ambien and other sleep aids.
At times Judy will need to take a handful of Benadryl when her eyes start to swell shut due to allergies and when she gets stung by a bee or wasp same thing, we have to take them with us every where or it could be a real bad deal for her.
And it seems so far the bees and wasp are out in force early this spring.
Yes Joe I've been eating healthy lots of fruits and veggies, turkey on and on... my down fall is Pizza. Should have never learned how to make a delicious crust.
