I was thinking using the Teacher Activator. However it contains yeast, which I have a slight allergy to. Is it worth all the benefits the other ingredients have on digestion and allergies? |

that yeast has nothing to do with the yeast overgrowth you need to address

Dr D yeast species in brewers yeast kill Candida. Candida can only live in humans. It cannot live in plants and things.

I think I might be allergic to alcohol. I get nauseous every single time I drink. I had half a shot of Bailey’s in hot chocolate and I feel like I need to throw up. Last time I drank, I had one vodka cran and threw up three times throughout the night. It doesn’t matter if it’s vodka, rum, beer, wine… I seem to get severely nauseous (and often throw up). |

Red wine-- and nothing else Too much junk in hot chocolate unless you made it with cocoa powder, water and agave. |

Few people are allowed distilled alcohol on BTD. Only some Bs and ABs can have beer. Red wine is the most commonly tolerated (per BTD) type of alcohol, with white wine being a close second. And many wines are made with added sulphites. It's possible that you're reacting to something other than the alcohol in vodka, rum, or beer, and to the sulphites in the wine. The problem may not be the alcohol itself. I wonder how you'd react to a cup or half a cup of an organic wine, drunk with a fully compliant meal. |
