Lately I have wanted to drop a few pounds and I follow the BTD to the tee and I also work out 5-6x a week...running, eliptical, biking and some plyo work. I am currently taking and have been taking Deflect O for about 6-7 months and I love it. I want to spark up my weight loss though so I read online about Glycoscia and bought a bottle this morning. I am hoping with Deflect O and my eating right for my BT and all the intense working out I do I will be able to notice some inches disappear. Can anyone give me some insight on this IF you have tried this supplement!
